Refund Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction with our flexible return policy. We strive to accommodate our patrons to the fullest extent possible. We gladly offer replacements under the following conditions:
  1. Incorrect product dispatched or if the received product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  2. Identification of manufacturing defects in the received product.
  3. Receipt of the product in a damaged condition.
  4. If the product does not align with your expected decor, we will issue a refund for the purchased product, deducting either the minimal shipping cost or 25% of the product cost, whichever amount is higher.

Breakages:

Please note the following:
We require the original packaging, including any foam and cushioning, for the safe return of the product, even if it is damaged, for our reference purposes.

Cancellation Policy:
At our organization, we prioritize ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Should you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at help@thetrendingzone.in or reach out to us at the following numbers within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will gladly assist you: +91 8860026058.

Please Note:
Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 24 hours of placement. Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible, and any refusal of acceptance will be treated as a return. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, THE TRENDING ZONE reserves the right to deny future orders. Additionally, customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

For our hand-made products, slight variations in texture, color, and size may occur, which are natural aberrations and not defects. We encourage our customers to understand that artisans craft each piece individually, and these variations contribute to the uniqueness of each product.

For orders exceeding Rs. 15,000, we may request a good faith prepayment of 25% of the total invoice amount.

Customized products are crafted on demand, requiring a minimum prepayment of 50% of the total invoice amount, with the remaining balance payable upon Cash on Delivery (COD).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Items listed as exceptions or non-returnable can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the booking. After this period, we commence manufacturing the product, and cancellation cannot be accommodated. Customized products are non-returnable.

Glass Items:

Products made of glass or containing glass components, such as chimneys and mirrors, are non-returnable and non-replaceable. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, in the event of breakage, replacements can be arranged for an additional fee covering the product, packing, and shipping charges.

Return Process:
  1. Our return policy is applicable within 3 days from receiving the product and applies only for the following reasons: damaged product, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product. The timeframe begins from the delivery date confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners. To initiate a return, contact us at help@thetrendingzone or call 8860026058 (10AM - 8PM).
  2. Please provide 3 images (one showing the damaged part, one of the entire product, and an unboxing packaging video) for us to assess the reason for return. Send the images to help@thethrendingzone.in, where our Quality Assurance team will evaluate the eligibility for return.
  3. Upon receiving your request email with pictures, we will respond with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product. Pickup organization typically takes 2-3 working days, and delivery to our warehouse takes 7-10 days. Upon receipt at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the merchandise, and the refund process will commence within 2-3 days. The refund will be credited to your bank account.
  4. Items purchased during sale campaigns cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.
Points to Remember:
The product must be returned with The original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (attached to The packet), and invoice. The product should be unused and in its original condition.
- You will need to print 3 documents to provide to the logistics company representative during pickup.

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise at our warehouse. Refunds may be issued in the form of Store Credits, which are the fastest method and have no expiry date or usage limitations. Prepaid orders will be refunded directly to your account, while COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (please provide your account details). Please allow 5-6 days for the refund amount to reflect in your statements.
