Shipping:
All our packages are shipped through major logistics companies. Due to the fragile nature of our products, bespoke wooden packaging is created for some orders. Delivery charges are included in the packaging fees.
Deliveries:
Orders are dispatched and delivered within 7-10 days of order confirmation by our in-house logistics team. Our logistics partners will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to us. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a mobile number. If your package is returned to us, kindly inform us at help@thetrendingzone.in or at +91 8860026058, and we will resend it upon receipt.
Payments:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for all eligible pin codes. Orders not eligible for COD will not be accepted. We also accept all major debit and credit cards, along with providing Net Banking options across major banks.
